The current product offer states an estimated delivery window of 2–4 days. This is an estimate and may vary by destination, order time, carrier capacity, customs, weather, public holidays, or circumstances outside reasonable control.

Processing

Orders are prepared after payment confirmation and required fraud checks. Orders placed outside normal processing periods may begin on the next working day.

Delivery details

You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate address and reachable contact details at checkout. Carrier delivery practices vary by location and may include calls, messages, delivery attempts, pickup points, or identity confirmation.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it may be sent through the contact channel associated with the order. Tracking events can take time to appear after a label is created.

Delays

A delayed estimate does not automatically mean the parcel is lost. Use the support route supplied with the order if tracking has not updated for an unusual period or the delivery window has passed materially.

Customs and local charges

Loss or damage

Report apparent loss, delivery damage, or an incorrect item promptly with the order reference and available evidence. Claims are assessed with the fulfilment and delivery providers.
