Returns and Refunds

A 21-day money-back guarantee applies when a delivered product has a verified quality issue. Mandatory consumer rights in your jurisdiction are not limited by this policy.

Eligible quality issues

Examples include an item arriving damaged, materially defective, or meaningfully different from the confirmed order. Normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, minor screen-dependent colour differences, and damage caused after delivery are not quality issues.

Request window

Submit the request through the support route included with the order within 21 days after delivery. Include the order reference, a clear description, and reasonable photo or video evidence showing the issue and packaging.

Assessment and remedy

The information may be reviewed to confirm the issue and identify the appropriate remedy. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, the remedy may be replacement, partial refund, or full refund. Do not discard the item or packaging until instructions are provided.

Return shipping

If a physical return is required for an accepted quality claim, instructions and responsibility for return costs will be provided before shipment. Unapproved return shipments may not be reimbursed.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. The payment provider or bank may require additional processing time after the refund is issued.

Incorrect address or refusal

Costs caused by an inaccurate address, unclaimed parcel, or unjustified refusal may be deducted where the law permits. Contact the order support route as soon as possible if delivery details are wrong.
